Easy Instant Kesar Peda with Milk powder, condensed milk, saffron & cardamom. Usually Peda is offered as ‘prasad’ in festivals and occasions. There are various options, we can add elaichi to make elaichi peda, kesar(saffron) peda and Cocoa Powder for chocolate peda. I don’t have peda stamp with me so I used my moon cake mold to make this peda. You can use any mold or simple roll dough and keep a pistachio or any nuts in the middle.
