Add ⅓ cup thick curd, crumble flour. Add 1/2 cup water little by little to form a soft dough pliable dough. Stretch & Knead it for 10 mins. Heat the Tawa, flatten the spiral and toast on parotta, sprinkle little oil, and toast it. Flip both sides and toast evenly. Once it turns golden, remove from the tawa. Parotta ready. Layer parotta, by placing the salna in between wrap with banana leaf, toast on tawa.
