Led by Primal 7’s resident physical therapist, Jenna Ellis, this program focuses on your core and how you can build mobility, stability, strength and control. Video One is all about practicing perfect alignment. That means doing holds. No quick movements or reps – just getting comfortable in the positions. After getting comfortable with Video One, you’ll advance to Video Two, which focuses on balance, and then to Video Three, which incorporates coordination. The program is designed to be completed at your own pace. Repeat each video as many times as you need to in order to feel strong, proficient and confident about moving forward.
