Hi in this video we can see how to make egg cutlet in Tamil. EGG CUTLET | EVENING SNACKS RECIPE INGREDIENTS eggs -5 onion - 1 potato - 2 green chili - 1 chopped ginger - 1 tsp chopped garlic - 1 tsp turmeric powder - ¼ tsp chili powder - ½ tsp garam masala - ½ tsp pepper - 1½ tsp bread crumbs salt oil METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Cook 2 potatoes and mash them. 2.In a kadai, heat some oil,add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic,1 tsp finely chopped ginger and 1 green chilies which are also finely chopped.Saute for 2 minutes. 5.Add 1 onion finely chopped and saute until it's cooked.Add little salt so that the onions cook faster. 6.Once the onions are cooked add ¼ tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp pepper,½ tsp garam masala,½ tsp chili powder.And saute until the raw smell of spices goes. 7.Beat 4 eggs in a bowl with little salt and pepper.Add it to the kadai and scramble it. 8.Mix the egg well with the masala.Then at last add the mashed potatoes.Mix well. 9.Once it cools down, make the cutlet shape as you desire. 10.In another bowl beat an egg.You can dip the cutlet pieces in the egg and quote it with bread crumbs. 11.Fry the cutlet until it becomes golden brown.
