Hi in this video we can see how to make Mini Alfaham Chicken in Tamil. MINI ALFAHAM CHICKEN | ALFAHAM CHICKEN RECIPE INGREDIENTS chicken - ½ kg onion - ½ tomato - 1 pepper corn - 3 tsp green chillies - 2 garlic cloves - 8 curd - 2 tbsp cardamom - 2 cloves -2 cumin - ¼ tsp turmeric powder - ¼ tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp small piece ginger lemon juice coriander leaves curry leaves oil butter salt METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Grind 3 tsp peppercorn,8 garlic cloves,2 green chilies,small piece ginger,2 tbsp curd,required salt and some lemon juice. 2.Marinate ½ kg chicken with the above masala for about 10-15 minutes. 3.Grind ½ onion,1 tomato,2 cardamom,2 cloves,¼ tsp cumin,handful of coriander leaves and curry leaves,¼ tsp turmeric powder,1tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder. 4.Marinate again with the above masala for about 15 minutes. 5.Melt some butter in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until it's cooked both the side. 6.Instead of frying in a pan you can also grill it using an oven.
