Hi in this video we can see how to make Rose cupcakes with Rose Icing in Tamil.This recipe was prepared by Andy in Cooku with Comali show telecasted on Vijay Television. ROSE CUPCAKE WITH ROSE ICING | COOK WITH COMALI RECIPE INGREDIENTS Rose petals Water Rose syrup - 4 drops (optional) Almond powder - ¼ cup Maida - ¼ cup Sugar - ½ cup Icing sugar - ¼ cup Eggs - 2 Butter - 50 Gms Baking powder - ½ tsp Baking soda - ¼ tsp Pinch of salt METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Wash a handful of rose petals.Boil ¼ cup water and add the rose petals and saute for about 10 minutes on low flame.And strain the water. 2.Powder some almond and in a mixing bowl take ¼ cup almond powder,¼ cup maida,½ tsp baking powder,¼ tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt.Mix well. 3.In another bowl take 2 egg white and beat until it becomes stiff peak.Add ½ cup powdered sugar little by little and mix well. 4.In another bowl take 2 egg yolk,50 gms unsalted butter which is in room temperature,2 drops rose syrup and 2 tsp rose water.Beat until well combined. 5.Mix everything in cut and fold method. 6. Greese some cupcake mould with butter and pour the cake batter till half the mould. 7.Preheat the oven a 180°C for 10 minutes and then bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. 8.Take 2 tbsp rose water,¼ cup icing sugar and 2 drops of rose syrup.Mix well until well combines. 9.Remove the cake from the mould after it cools down and then top it with the rose icing.
