Hi in this video we can see how to make tasty and spicy Pappadam recipe in Tamil. TASTY AND SPICY PAPPADAM RECIPE | PAPPADAM THORAN INGREDIENTS pappadam - 10 grated coconut - ½ cup chili powder - 1 tsp cumin - ¼ tsp oil curry leaves salt METHOD OF PREPARATION 1.Take ½ cup grated coconut with little salt,1 tsp chili powder and ¼ tsp cumin.Grind it for 1 second. 2.In a kadai heat some oil,splutter a few mustard and add a few curry leaves. 3.Add the coconut mixture and fry them until it becomes dry and crispy.The colour of coconut need not change. 4.Crush 10 Papad and add to the coconut mixture and mix well. 5.You can store this upto 1 week in a air tight container.
