All parts were produced with the Desktop Metal Studio System using a bound metal deposition (BMD) process. The material used in each part is specified along with an application description and the industry. DISCLAIMER: This is the cost of part on the Desktop Metal Studio System including all consumables and assuming the use of canister gas. If using an in-house gas connection, the cost will be lower. Part cost is calculated as follows: Part Cost = Print Media Cost (Fabricate) + [Debinder Fluid+Furance Gas+Electricity / # of Parts per Run] The part costs and material consumption are based on system ownership and 3D printing the parts in-house.
