Soilim MLA Delilah Lobo has said that there might be religious conversion taking place in Goa, however, forceful conversions should not be allowed. Speaking to media, Delilah has said that there has to be a law barring forceful conversation. “ If a person major in age wants to convert on his own free will, that is okay.  But, a priest going to someone’s place and forcing someone to convert, should not be allowed,” she said It may be recalled that Domnic D’Souza from five pillars church at Siolim was arrested. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has lauded the Home Department for doing a good job by arresting Dominic D'Souza due to forceful conversions. “Won't allow such conversion cases in Goa.
