When you look 👀 at how much the cost of living has been not to mention the inflation rate that got up to 10 %! So in fact many of us are earning less and working more! The value of the dollar 💵 has drastically decreased just over the past 3 years! In other words if your raises aren’t 10 % or more you are actually taking a pay 💰 cut. We deserve living wages / salaries that reflect the cost of living and that take inflation into consideration! Links & articles:
