As someone who didn’t grow up around healthy relationships it takes time and effort to build a healthy relationship. Here’s my two cents on my self care journey and the work I’ve done to establish a healthy relationship with someone I care deeply about. I’m new to this. This is the longest I’ve talked to someone consistently. This is the first real relationship I’ve ever been in. Yes 👏🏽 we have a title , commitment, and yes 🙌🏽 it’s mutual and reciprocal relationship. No, we aren’t perfect and there’s definitely ups and downs.
