@Hard Work 😓 Does Not Pay Off!

In this video, I am discussing how a lot of times employers basically unbeknownst to themselves, incentivize their employees to procrastinate. Because at the end of the day, if you know, regardless of how hard you work, how much you accomplish, you still are going to have to show up the rest of the work schedule which for most of us is at least five days a week eight hours per day. There’s no incentive for anybody to get anything done quick or soon. For what you still have to show up the rest of the week it’s not like you’re going to get a day off you’re not gonna be able to leave early you’re not gonna get paid any more money.
