Psymposia's video: Advice for Psychedelic Guides from Dr Martin Ball

In this video, Martin W. Ball, Ph.D. discusses his enthusiasm for vomiting on clients, touching his clients' genitals, and forcing his thumbs down their throats while "guiding" them under the influence of 5-MeO-DMT. Ball hosts the "Entheogenic Evolution" podcast and is an online consultant for what he calls "Nondual Entheogenic Integration." Ball edited, published, and authored the foreword to the 2020 edition of the "Manual for Psychedelic Guides" by Mark Haden—the former Executive Director of The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) Canada. At 1:24:56 Ball recounts an occasion when he lay down on top of an unresponsive woman and forced his tongue into her mouth while she was under the influence and had stopped breathing. At 2:28:55 Ball states that, in the context of working with people under the influence of drugs, sometimes he touches people "on their genitals because that's what they need” for spiritual and/or therapeutic reasons. At 1:33:03 Ball demonstrates complete disregard for the intergenerational trauma articulated by a Jewish client. In response to the client’s comments about Jewish suffering, Ball states that the client’s comments “Set me off.
