269,333 points in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas' "Let's Get Ready to Bumble" arcade game. This was done without breaks and took just over seven hours to do (7:07:04). In the end, I ended up giving up since it was getting late and I was dying in real life. I think this is world record; the highest score I saw was 241,426 points but I didn't see any video footage or photographic evidence of the score. I aimed to beat it anyway because it was the highest score I could find. Here is a link to where I found the high score.
