Bijli Mahadev is indeed a sacred temple located in the Kullu Valley of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated at an altitude of approximately 2,460 meters. When a lightning strike occurs, the staff shatters into pieces, and the priests of the temple use butter and sattoo (a mixture of roasted gram flour and sugar) to restore the staff to its original form.
