Get you a set of light dumbbells! Circuit one: Burpee w/Cross Feet 5 High Knee/5 Butt Kicker Circuit two: 3 Plank Walks to Jump 5 Knees to Switch Leg Circuit three: Dumbbell Swing w/2 Steps FWD/BK 5 Pulse Squat w/ Jump Circuit four: Jump FWD/Jog Back Static Squat w/One Arm Row Circuit Five: I did circuit five but the camera cut off thus making this a 24ish-minute workout instead of a 30-minute workout! I had a lot of disruptions this workout. My kids came in a few times, the camera cut off, my heater was on too high and I kept losing motivation due to all the disruptions however, I still got through the workout!
