PyroEd's video: Professional Pyrotechnic Rigging and Firing - Extra FX Fireworks Ltd - Stratford River Festival 2011

I was approached by a professional pyrotechnic company, here on Youtube on the basis of my amateur work in my hobby of pyrotechnics! Ofcourse i jumped at the opportunity (as im sure everyone else of you would!), and was invited along to a display for a crowd of thousands attending the Stratford (UK) river festival 2011 on the 2nd of July, to help rig and fire the display. It was an incredible experience, handling and rigging some meaty pyro, and then seeing the results of your labour at the firing line on ground zero, when the show kicked off! So when i had a spare moment, i whipped the camera out to follow some of the key moments in the day, to put a video together! The actual display starts later into the video, where i set my camera up on a tripod to record the action at ground zero, and then about 30 seconds in, a second camera that was within the audience shows its footage! This is just an example of the kind of thing you can get involved in, if you stick at what you love! keep up the good work guys, and look forward to hearing from you.
