From 12th October through to 31st October, fans can pop down to the newly-decked-out bar and try various themed Warcraft cocktails such as ‘Wrath of the Lichee King’ and ‘The Burning Boozede’ along with the opportunity to play the game itself in this unique environment. A launch event will take place on the 12th of Orc-tober, where fans can check out a livestream event featuring Warcraft YouTuber, ‘Preach Gaming’. This one-off event will also include an exhibition of props from the actual film, giveaways and Warcraft gaming stations supported by Blizzard Entertainment. Fans can get their hands on tickets to this exclusive launch event in the coming weeks by keeping an eye on the official Warcraft social feeds. Continuing the celebrations, Tommi’s Burger Joint, London’s hippest group of burger restaurants, will be creating their very own limited edition ‘Orc-burger’ which will be on sale throughout the first two weeks of Orc-tober. The burger patty will be made from every Orc’s favourite ingredient – pork – and will also be packed with mouth-watering double bacon, sausage mayonnaise and gooey green chilli-cheese. Fans with Orc-sized appetites can pop down to branches on the King’s Road or Thayer Street from 3rd Orc-tober to sample the tasty treat. For the final two weeks of the month, Archery Fit in Greenwich will be joining in the fun by giving fans the chance to try their re-branded ‘Warcraft Range.’ As well as getting the opportunity to put an arrow right between the evil Gul’dan’s eyes, fans who fancy themselves as the next leader of either the Alliance or the Horde can put their archery skills to the test and there will be Warcraft themed giveaways throughout the two weeks. Finally, bringing the month to a close, fan can embrace their inner Orc for the ultimate Halloween look this October. Fans can head down to leading independent fancy dress store Escapade in Camden, where they’ll be able to find a host of accessories to help create that look, especially if they’ve watched the Warcraft themed video by cosplay influencer, Stacey of Gotham. Think green face paint, armour and plenty of weaponry!
