Quirky Cooking's video: Quirky Cooking Luxury Retreat in the Italian Alps

In June 2023 we held our first Quirky Cooking Luxury Gut-Health Retreat in Italy! What an amazing experience... staying in a beautiful, 320 year old chalet in a picturesque hamlet in the Italian alps (Baita 1697) - cooking together with gorgeous local produce, exploring the mountains and villages, visiting markets and local producers, foraging for medicinal herbs and edible flowers to use in our cooking, and focusing on deep nutrition, nature therapy and relaxation for healing.
