Apparently Lucasfilm is focusing all of their efforts on the upcoming Star Wars: Episode IX which is headed by JJ Abrams. There are still two more trilogies being planned for release after Episode IX. One from Rian Johnson and the other from Game of Thrones show runners, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss.
