R. Lowen's video: Baking With Japanese Christmas Cake Pepsi

Christmas Cake flavored Pepsi came out in Japan, so instead of doing a normal taste testing video, we baked a cake! I do not recommend following this recipe, but here is what we did: INGREDIENTS: - 240ml Christmas Cola Pepsi - 120ml vegetable oil (???) - 120 grams butter (????) - 1 egg - Strawberries - 1 Kiwi - Melting Chocolate (?????) - 200g Hotcake Mix - Whipped Cream - **sugar for whipped cream if making it yourself - 100-150ml Milk PROCEDURE??: 1. Reduce Pepsi, oil and butter for sauce 2. Mix hotcake mix, egg, milk, sauce in a microwave safe container and microwave until cooked 3. Once cake is fully cooked, pour any excess sauce on top 4. Try to make Pepsi Bottle shape from chocolate 5. Fail at making the shape, cover cake with whipped cream, kiwi and strawberries 6.
