It contains one of the most massive known black holes, weighing 196 billion times the mass of the Sun i.e. about 4×10^32 kg. The Schwarzschild diameter of this black hole is about 7800 AU's or 1.17 trillion km, which is about 98 times the diameter of Pluto's orbit. The quasar's luminosity is about 56 trillion times the luminosity of the Sun. Its apparent magnitude is 17.9. It shows a redshift of 2.061.
