With the voidglitch, tweaking glitch, two wrongwarps AND a spear pillar warp, along with careful movement and RAM manipulation I made a new, improved shinyhunt route for Arceus. It works in all versions, allows you to capture Arceus in the Hall Of Origin AND infinitely in Jubilife City, and is shinyhuntable! It is 10k steps faster than the older route, and unlike that version it is also universal. This version also only has a 1200 step reset from bootup, which means that if you want to stop hunting you can just reset the game, do 1200 steps again and runaway encounter Arceus again.
