RGV Love's video: Indian Breakfast Recipes For Toddlers Kids 2-5

Hi, in todays video I will tell you about 5 Indian Breakfast Recipes For Toddlers and Kids aged 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 + Years . These are great recipes for healthy Weight Gain For Toddlers and kids. They are also easy Indian baby led weaning recipes. These breakfast ideas work well for for fussy toddlers and other fussy eaters . They are delicious and healthy with loads of hidden vegetables . So if you have ever thought how to hide vegetables in food for your child , these recipes are great for you. Recipe : 1. Left Over Sabzi and Paratha : For a quick easy breakfast you can use leftover sabzi and paratha . It is more healthier than bread butter and gives you another opportunity to give vegetables to your child . 2. Suji Uttapam : You need : 1 cup sooji 1 cup dahi Salt Vegetables like : Onion , capsicum, tomatoes, grated carrots, broccoli , grated cabbage, grated zucchini , corn, beans, etc. To make : Mix Suji and dahi together and keep aside for 20 min. Add water as per required. ( watch video for more details ) 3. Vermicelli 1 cup vermicelli Salt Vegetables like : Onion , capsicum, potatoes, grated carrots, broccoli , grated cabbage, grated zucchini , corn, beans, mushrooms, peas, etc. To Make : Cook all the vegetables in oil, once done Add salt, vermicelli and water together. Cook till water dries up. 4. Besan Dipped Bread 1 cup besan few slices of bread 1/2 tsp dhania powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp oregano Red chilli (if required) Mix water into besan to create a semi solid liquid . Dip bread in the base and cook on gas as told in video. You can also add onions, coriander leaves and green chilli to the mixture. 5. Oats Besan Chilla 1/2 Cup Oats 1/2 cup besan Powder the oats in a mixie . Mix together oats powder and besan with salt, dhania powder , red chilli. Make pancake consistency . Pur on a hot pan . You can add onions and grated carrots to this.
