SO - to get real: We’ve been sitting on so much content for several months, not knowing the right way to present, create, deliver. We’ve pondered: what parts of ourselves do we show? What do we offer to people? We can offer holistic health coaching, herbalism consultations, Roger’s film work as a director/producer/editor, breathwork sessions, music + shows + records, poetry, self-development challenges via @challengeculture.  Shit is overwhelming, but OH! WHAT IF we ditch the boxes? Get rid of the containers, and let it all POUR OUT + we sit back and see what resonates, what touches you.
