Footage from the 'Drift Experience' at Prodrift Academy, Birmingham - a basic introduction to getting you sideways. First session was just to concentrate on the initiation of the slide with use of the hydraulic handbrake to brake traction - and then letting go of the steering and catching it again at the right angle for continuing the drift.... The MX5's had welded diff's - so any heavy application of the right foot could get them going sideways - but the handbrake was a more consistent way to get the back to kick out! RM ;)
