I don't see how this could be anything but bad for the Sterling! Friday we closed in 1.3500 which would have been super Bullish, but my thoughts is now because of this new restrictions we gap lower creating a massive false breakout for the pound and we head lower from there, as well as a potential bounce at this level on the Dollar Index!
