Robin is a pro for long mountain stages, Pia is the explosive one who leaves the group standing on short, steep climbs, Thatchai is unbeatable in the town sign sprint and when it comes to many watts over a short period of time, no one can follow him. Lea is the engine of the group and pulls her friends at high speed across the plain. She is the driving force and keeps the speed and especially the group together.
