Playthrough of the Master tower with Quan Chi. To beat this game with Quan Chi, no matter what the difficulty setting is, you just need to use his teleport stomp move (F, D+LK) over and over again. Most of the time the CPU will get hit by it, so you can just repeat this move over and over again until you win. And that's all there is to it! Quan Chi has a fatality where he copies a fatality move from his defeated opponent, so there's some silly death scenes in this playthrough.
