@S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Chernobyl w/ addons - Stories - Vitaly Manko of Freedom, Day 2
How long will Vitaly Manko of Freedom live in the Zone? This is day 2. All footage in this video was captured during a Freedom self-enforced ironman playthrough in the Call of Chernobyl (v1.4.22) standalone sandbox mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat, with the following addons installed: STCoP Weapon Pack (v2.8.0.7) Smurth's Dynamic Hud (v3.2.2.8) Absolute Nature Redux 1.4.1 Structures Redux 2.0 (before the April 20, 2017 update) DoctorX Dynamic Faction Relations (v1.8) lootmoney for CoC The ironman run is self-enforced for technical and editing reasons, and just in case I want to continue the playthrough off camera for "moments" recording opportunities. Feel free to share any tips and knowledge on the game that I might have missed, as well as any S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod suggestions :-) Recorded using the Shadow mode of ShadowPlay and edited using Sony Movie Studio Platinum 13 . Video edited and saved in 60 FPS and 24 Mbps. -------NOTE: This video may appear substantially pixelated until YouTube grants the VP9 codec for playback of this video. Typically the timing for when the VP9 codec is unlocked is based on channel popularity and how many views the video in question has. My videos seem to take 1 to 5 months to be granted access to that codec.------- Like the Facebook page for my channel to track updates on upcoming videos: https://www.facebook.com/RRCMRico ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------- Released on 26 September 2015, Call of Chernobyl is a freeplay sandbox mod that pools together maps from all 3 games of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. as well as adding in cut maps and a completely new map. A number of addons are available for the mod so that players can customize the experience to their liking. In this playthrough, the following game options are used (some options are specific to certain addons installed): Consumable animations = full Difficulty = master Online exclusion radius = 50 Population factor (mutants) = 1 Population factor (stalkers) = 1 Artifact degradation = off Belt Artifact HUD = on Crosshair target distance = off Crouch/stand mode = on Delayed repairs = off Draw crosshair = off Dynamic Mark HUD = on Dynamic News = on Dynamic crosshair = off Enhanced Shot Effects = on Helicopter patrols = off Helicopter sounds = off NPC identification = off Radio music = off Show enemy health = off Show interface = on Show tracers = on Show weapon = on Sleep Deprivation = on Weapon Overheating = on Weapon heating HUD bar = off Thanks to Amazingmax for the awesome S.T.A.L.K.E.R. font, which you can find here: http://www.dafont.com/amazstalker.font Additional game fonts are linked to here: http://fontmeme.com/game-fonts-collection/ Buy the base game here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/41700/ Read about and download the base mod here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/call-of-chernobyl/downloads Read about and download addons for Call of Chernobyl here (those I use in this video can be found here): http://www.moddb.com/mods/call-of-chernobyl/addons ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------- All mod graphical options set to max except: Render type = DirectX 11 (Enhanced) Resolution = 1920x1080 FOV = 83 Hud FOV = 0.45 Vision distance = just over 1/2 Anti-aliasing = off Actor shadow = off Lighting distance = just over 1/3 Shadow quality = around 1/4 Steep parallax = off Sun quality = low Sun rays = low SSAO mode = off SSAO quality = off Vertical sync = off Frequency 60Hz = off (this allows me to play with FPS over 60 most of the time) Grass density (r__detail_density) set to 0.3. Grass radius (r__detail_radius) set to 150. DirectX 11 is used to try to avoid crashes. You can expose it in the video options menu by adding the "-perfhud_hack" parameter to the CoC desktop shortcut Target field. I also use the "-noprefetch" parameter to reduce crashing.
