Predrag Peca Ikač bio je poznati beogradski kockar i suvlasnik kazina "Fer plej" u centru Beograda. Ubijen je sa svega 33 godine u klasičnoj sačekuši, 19. marta 1999. Ubica ga je sačekao na parkingu na Vidikovcu i u njega ispalio nekoliko hitaca u momentu kada je ovaj seo u svoj "audi A8". Motivi i počinioci ove likvidacije nikad nisu utvrđeni, mada su upućeni u prilike u beogradskom podzemlju tvrdili da iza tog ubistva stoji borba za prevlast u poslovima s kockarnicama. Peca je devedesetih bio žestok momak, ali važio je za omiljenog lika, pa su tako i suparnici pozitivno govorili o njemu.
