広島県の尾道駅から愛媛県の今治市まで70ｋｍの「しまなみ海道」をロードバイクでライドしてきました、思っていたより上りが多くてヒルクライムの好きな自分にとっては楽しめるコースでした70ｋｍの距離を、5時間程かかりました。（途中休憩は3回）宿泊先は「サンライズ糸山」です、ロビーで受付を済ませ、部屋までそのまま持って行く事が出来ます、部屋からの眺めは最高です。食事は「風のレストラン」です、とてもお洒落な雰囲気で美味しい料理でした。 Shimanami Kaido Cycling 70 km from Onomichi to Imabari
