Rachel Nielsen's video: my struggle with overthinking

comment topics you want me to talk about!! 💛 i've always been someone that tends to overthink. since my car accident 4 months ago, it's gotten a lot worse. most of you say i come off as really strong, but honestly it's really been a struggle to believe it and live it out. however, i think i'm in a much better mindset now and am ready to start talking more about my mental journey! THE POINT IS: so when strangers who are looking for answers or looking for comfort, stumble upon my video, they’re met with a forum of people offering their take. and maybe it will help them or at least make them feel less alone! if you know me in real life or you wish to contribute - PLEASE MESSAGE ME!
