Recipe 1 cup oats 1 cup coconut 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract method 1. mix all ingredients into a bowl 2. chill for 1 hour 3. roll into balls 4. enjoy they can be stored in the fridge in a air tight container for up to a week or even longer.
