In this video I’m using Elyse Fournier cloud effect technique using FolkArt Milk Paint. The mixing is 1 part house paint, 1 part FolkArt milk paint, 2 parts Floterol and little water to match other color paints. I used my typical pouring media (see recipe link below) on all other colors.
