Las Vegas Raiders Allegiant Stadium update taken on Thursday, January 07, 2021. Happy New Year Raider Nation! This is my first stadium video of the year. My last one was a walk around before the last home game on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Today's video starts out on the north side on the Hacienda bridge. There is a billboard along Hacienda that used to show the Coors Light Raiders Inaugural Season 2020 can. It has now been changed to show a Coors Light can with Coach Tom Flores "The Iceman" on it. The following is from Coors "Now, in a fun tie-in befitting the man they called "Iceman," Coors Light, a proud partner of the Raiders, is launching a campaign to support Flores' Hall of Fame inclusion. In addition to spotlighting Flores' accomplishments, which include breaking barriers as the first Latino quarterback in league history and the first Latino head coach to win an NFL title, Coors Light will also feature Flores' likeness on limited-edition cans available exclusively in Las Vegas." I checked the Terribles Gas Station by the Stadium after filming and they did not have any of these cans. If anyone knows when they are coming out, please let us know in the comments below. The Raiders are teaming up with Intermountain Healthcare to have a Raiders Way 5K. It is going to be a virtual 5K held on Jan 30 & 31, 2021. I signed up and will be walking around the Stadium for my virtual 5K. The $45 fee includes an Official Race T-shirt, Custom race medal & Raiders car decal. I'm going to do my walk on that Sunday morning if anyone would like to walk with me. Must sign up by January 8th to get your shirt before the walk. The Prismview Media Mesh screen is still at a stand still. I was told a couple of months ago by one of the screen techs that the screen was ready to go. Not sure why it is still not being used.
