Rajasthan Kabir Yatra's video: Meera Ro Mann I Meera Bhajan I I Morning Satsang I Rajasthan Kabir Yatra 2016

@Meera Ro Mann I Meera Bhajan I मीरा भजन I Morning Satsang I Rajasthan Kabir Yatra 2016
A peek into one of the morning satsangs in the Yatra by Bharmal Vagha, a folk artist from Gujarat. He sings meera bhajan- 'Faqiri' that expresses Meera's perception towards living a humble and subtle life and devote herself to the Girdhari- Lord Krishna. Meera says that she does not find it appealing to go to her in laws house, wear jewels and pretty clothes. She implores her mother to live in a hut rather than in a big palace. This performance was recorded during one of the morning satsangs in a border villages of Rajasthan called Rawwala in 2016. Yatris grooving and dancing on the strings of tambura and beats of manjira. Morning satsangs are an integral part of Yatra. This is a place that offers a very raw and unplugged experience of satsang where you sit with the artists themselves and play, sing and dance with them. -------------- Credits: Tambura & vocals- Bharmal Vagha --------------- Connect with us - Subscribe & Click the notification bell: https://www.youtube.com/rajasthankabiryatra Website: https://www.rajasthankabiryatra.org Donate us: http://www.rajasthankabiryatra.org/donate.php Follow us on Social Media – Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/rajasthankabiryatra Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/rajasthankabiryatra Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/kabiryatra ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is a 7 days-long annual travelling folk music festival spread across six rural and urban locations in and around Rajasthan.
