In his opinion God alone was Ram, Rahim, Govind, Allah, Khuda, Hari etc. But for Kabir, ‘Saheb’ was his favorite name. He said God was everywhere and His domain is unlimited. God was pure, sacred, existing, without form, light, endless and inseparable. Hence God was all powerful and he could only be worshipped through love and devotion. In whatever name one addresses Him, God is one and omnipresent. Here he stresses on the ominous nature of the almighty. 'Ghat-ghat' refers to the pure heart and truthful intentions that must be present everywhere. Kabir emphasizes that the master punishes us, he only knows the scale of one's sins and he is responsible for the just and rightful decision. He is the gardener and knows every single flower that grows there and he is well aware of the ones that are going to be eliminated in the due course of time. Kabir says that God exists everywhere, in every heart, one has to seek his true wisdom and reflect upon the teachings. By doing so, we'll be able to open our hearts and minds to enlightenment and salvation. For many of us, our tryst with Sant Kabir was restricted to mugging up his dohas and its meanings in Class 6 or 7. But for Neeraj Arya’s Kabir Café, Kabir is a rockstar!
