@Oldie WAP-1 with LHB train and Vistadome coaches: Konkan Railway

Good old WAP1 locomotive powering the modern LHB coaches and even more modern concept of Vistadome coaches. In my 10 years of train spotting, this is my first ever spotting of a WAP-1 locomotive and it indeed comes as a surprise for myself. There are a very few WAP-1 locomotives currently in IR and it will not be too long before WAP-1 locomotives will disappear from main line activities. Hope to spot more of such oldie WAP-1 locomotives before they are phased out by IR.. Train: 16516 Karwar Yeshwantpur Intercity Express Loco: ED WAP-1 22015
