It was bound to happen anytime and finally, the dreaded day has arrived for coastal diesel loving railfans. The diesel era of Konkan Rajdhani aka 12431/32 TVC Rajdhani Express will come to an end this week. It ran with diesel traction for the last 25 years, ever since it began to run via the KR, way back in 1998. ERS WDP-4D 40134 was in charge of the Rajdhani train for its last run. The 12432 Rajdhani Express starting on 20/09/2022 from NZM will run with electric locomotive end to end.
