Its recently been announced that it'll be developed by the same team that worked on Marvels Spider-Man Miles Morales. And its been highly alluded that the game will take place within the same universe as Marvels Spider-Man. Because that particular version of Spider-Man takes place in the newly introduced Earth 1048 and there are multiple Easter eggs within Wolverine trailer that give off hints that him. And Insomniac's version of Spidey share the same continuity.
