Raw Metal Racers's video: 15 CB500F - Part two - Modern Cafe Racer

@✖️'15 CB500F - Part two - Modern Cafe Racer✖️
Part two – ’15 Honda CB500F – Modern Café Determined the final shape of the bike on Photoshop, and started with making this in real life. Used 3,2mm TIG welding wire to form the shapes. Most of the time it’s necessary to make a mold before you make it out of aluminum, because of all the complex shapes. Making a Photoshop design is the beginning, putting it in practice is another story. By making a wire-frame you can determine the shape and already see if you don’t collide with your clip-on or something like that. The wire-frame will be removed after all panels are made, it’s only for shaping. Still working on shaping all the aluminum parts, so that video will come in a while! Thank you for watching, we hope you've enjoyed it. Keep on building! Subscribe to our channel to see more of these videos - Raw Metal Racers - Built To Perfection -
