The controller has 2 decks and 2 channel mixer to control them. The mixer section is very familiar, 3 band eq's, a filter knob and volume fader for each deck but there is a new button which give a color effect to your transition when done with cross fader. Decks on the side are a little tricky, the pitch fader is large and very smooth, the performance pads have a click to them that i like, the jog wheel is smooth, but i really miss the browse knobs and performance mode buttons. For that you have to do some click-clicks on your laptop multiple times. Pro: + The controller is sturdy and well built. + Portable and lightweight. + Similar Design as pioneer's flagship controller + Can be used with a Power Bank + Long tempo fader and smooth volume faders + Can be used wireless or wired Cons: - Missing: - Headphone Jack. - Browse Knob. - Performance mode buttons - A little bit of latency over wireless connection. - Audio interface Not Included. Overall thoughts: It's a really nice controller and gives more than it's price, BUT there is a catch to it, if you travel very frequently like me then don't think too much just buy this controller. If you don't travel and are looking for a bedroom controller you might wanna go with the Pioneer DDJ-400 or DDJ-RB (it's just $50-$80 more). Trying to get rid of cables and you end up connecting more cables than usual (That's what I experienced). I personally use this for preparing my mixes while traveling. __________________________________________________________ Thanks guys for watching this video.
