Hi, I'm Jeri from Recycled Parts 4 Art... Welcome to Learn at The Little House where I'll be teaching/sharing/showing you how to do things using recycled bits and bobs that most people would toss! If you want to see the camper Redo: https://youtu.be/cxcVPsT9_C4 Written directions: - With Dark thread: chain 4 - Connect into a loop - Chain 3 (will act as 1 Double Crochet) - Crochet 17 double crochet for a total of 18 stitches in the loop - Join into a circle - Chain 3 (will act as 1 Double Crochet) - Double crochet into the same hole (so now there are 2 DC in the top of that stitch) - Continue around crocheting 2 DC in each stitch for a total of 36 spokes (35 DC and one 3 chain) - Join into a circle Yellow thread: Add thread to black circle using a loop or however you normally do that. Make sure to enter your hook into the top 2 stitches of the previous row. See video if this does not make sense. - Make a new loop with Yellow thread and chain 1 (this is your pretend single crochet) - Enter the next stitch and make a half double crochet ***- Enter the next stitch and make 3 DC in the same stitch - Enter the next stitch and make a half double crochet - Enter the next stitch and make a single crochet - Enter the next stitch and make a half double - Enter the next stitch and repeat from *** Keep going with this pattern until you get back to the beginning, your last stitch should be a half double then connect to the first pretend single crochet (1 chain) and finish the circle. - Tie off, weave in ends. *I REALLY appreciate it when you watch my videos to the end!
