Whew! That was a LOT. Why do they make things so difficult?! 💛 ******************** Today's Video is the first in a short series of Creating Art to get over Burnout. As per my usual method, I got out some scraps and bits and started using my hands and imagination to create something. It takes my mind off a problem I might be going through. This time it was a short bout of Burnout that was the culprit. Luckily I caught it early and took a break. I highly recommend you do the same if you are feeling: Anxiety, Sick Stomach, Fatigue, Insomnia, Impatience, Irritability, Decreased Patience, Lack of Concentration, Isolation. If you start comparing yourself to others, and thinking you're not good enough, that's another sign. Stay connected to other creatives and tell a friend how you are feeling. If I hadn't done that I would still be feeling sick! Other people can see things well before we can. Don't try to create a masterpiece and seriously do not worry about the outcome, pick your project up and play. You never have to show it to anyone, it's just to get your mind on something positive.
