@Development Update #24 - NEW Ladder Firetruck, Updated Front Lights, and revised Dealership Building

- Managed to make the front headlights a little bit stronger and more realistic. This means you can now actually see what's in front of you. -Had reports that the dealership was too bright so managed to fix the lights on those and made them a bit more modern looking. Also replaced various materials around the building.
