PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION _______________________________ Are you ready? Are you sure? Cause the final part is here! As always when I do this, I cannot believe that yet another AU is coming to an end. But the most crazy thing for me is seeing how all of you respond to my stories with so much enthusiasm and love. I cannot say this enough; you guys are so incredible and your support means the world to me and continues to get me motivated to make all the crazy story-lines that form in my head come to life. So to all of you, who have been following and commenting on this: Words are not enough, and they never will be. And with that said, here we go. And oh, a fair warning: you might want to get some tissues ready. And as promised, the music list is in the end of the video. [STORYLINE] Nimueh has taken Morgana hostage. Merlin is devastated and blames himself more than anyone, but so does Arthur. Even though his father forgives him, and Gwen tries to convince him otherwise, he is haunted by guilt and turns to Merlin, not seeking forgiveness but to tell him, that he is going to help in any way he can to get her back. But everything is put on a hold as they discover Nimueh's true purpose: using Morgana to pierce the veil of the dead. Merlin, feeling Morgana's pain in the moment, along with everyone dreads that Morgana is dead. But nor Arthur nor Merlin are ready to give up, and they decide to go to the isle of the blessed, no matter what the cost, believing that Morgana can be saved if another life is given instead: Each of them willing to sacrifice themselves. What they don't know though is that Uther has already left Camelot, intending to end it all once and for all by sacrificing himself to prevent Arthur from giving his life. But in the end, will Arthur and Merlin arrive in time to stop Uther, and can Morgana truly be saved? And to what cost? !!SPOILERS!! - DO NOT READ ON UNTIL YOU'VE WATCHED IT!!! [MY THOUGHTS ON THE SACRIFICE] Uther gave his life for Arthur, believing Morgana to be dead, and Nimueh happily complied. When Arthur arrives she does not intend to kill him, honoring her deal with Uther. But the deal said nothing about Arthur's making his own choice to save Morgana - in his mind, he gives his life so she can live and be a better ruler than he could ever be. He knows that Merlin intends to sacrifice himself, and gives his own life to make sure Merlin stays by her side, knowing that Morgana needs Merlin guiding her as he always have.
