Slice it into 1/4-inch thick discs. Heat the non stick pan cook the bananas in water Cook the banana slices until water dries. Add jagery syrup and cook keep the gas in low flame. stir in between to ensure that the bananas do not stick to the bottom of the pan. cook till the banana is fully coated with jaggery. Remove from flame Now sprinkle the grated coconut on top of the slices.
