Please watch: "Jumbo Prawns Fry -Giant/Monster Prawns Fry" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-L3pjhFs4Y --~-- Home Made Passion Fruit Syrup Ingredients Passion Fruit-16 pulp-2 cups Sugar-2 cups Water-2 cups Method Cut each passion fruit into half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon lightly liquidize in a blender for a minute or so to separate the black seeds from the jelly. Don’t over blend as the seeds will break up. Pour the mixture through a sieve and collect all the pulp and discard the black seeds. Take out the seeds from the passionfruit and keep aside . Then heat a kadai along with water and sugar.. let it boil In a large vessel boil water and sugar to make syrup. Add passion fruit puree to the sugar syrup and mix well. Add pulp and Juice and cook 1 min. Allow to cool the syrup and store in dry bottle. Keep in the refrigerator and use after cools down . To Serve :pour one 1/4 portion of the syrup to the glass and then add water and mix.
