Please watch: "Jumbo Prawns Fry -Giant/Monster Prawns Fry" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-L3pjhFs4Y --~-- Mango Vermicelli Kheer - Mambazha Semiya Payasam Ingredients Milk -3 cups Vermicelli-1 cup Sugar-1/2 cup Cashew and raisins-Handful Cardamom powder-1/2 tspn Water-1cup Ghee-3 tbspn Ripe and Sweet mango-1 Boil the milk in a pan and keep aside. Heat ghee in a kadai, as it melts add cashews and roast them. When cashew turn slightly brown add raisins and roast till they puff up Transfer the roasted cashews and raisins to a plate Add vermicelli to the same pan and roast them in remaining ghee for few minutes Add 1 cup of water and cook till it turns soft. Add sugar it will turn watery again Once the water starts to dry off add boiled milk and cook it for 3-4 minutes Add cardamom powder ,mix well and cook for 2 mins. Switch off the flame Take mango pieces in mixer and puree it such that there are no lumps in it Add the mango puree when payasam cools down to room temperature and mix well. Do not add the mango puree even if the payasam is slightly warm. It may curdle the payasam. Add roasted dry fruits Mango Semiya payasam is ready to serve.
